First-come, first-served

Reservation is obligatory. We recommend you not to delay reservation. Please make a reservation as soon as you know when you are going away. The earlier the reservation the better, especially for public holidays. Summer vacation times fill up very quickly. Some people reserve up to 1 year in advance to be sure of the next happy holiday experience for their pets. To make a reservation online, you first have to register.

Online registration makes things go smoothly.

To make a reservation online, you first have to register.

Belgian regulations require that we ask all clients to fill in certain data at every check in. To make it easier for you, you can register on our website and choose a username and a password. All data you have filled in using the online forms will be saved, and by using your username and password you can access it and change it as need might be. The saved data will be filled in automatically every time you make a reservation. You only have to fill in the new dates and click the send button. When we receive your reservation, we will send you a confirmation.

Payment

Payment at check-in. No refunds can be made if pets are picked up earlier than foreseen. Only cash can be accepted, to avoid credit card fees. That makes it possible for us to offer you the lowest possible fees. New clients need to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total charge at the time of the first reservation.

Competitive rates

We offer very competitive rates depending on size and breed.

During our prime summer season from June 15th until September 15th and during school holidays there is a 3-day minimum billing for any check-in.

Several discounts can be applied.

Some examples

  • on the boarding rate for more pets from the same family in the same place
  • on the boarding rate for pets staying in excess of 31 days
  • on the boarding rate for pets staying in excess of 91 days

The fee for boarding not only includes the care of your pet, but also the peace of mind that goes with knowing that your pet is safe and loved, with somebody you can trust. A working partnership.

We are officially authorised to sell the complete range of Royal Canin premium dry food for both cats and dogs. This we do at a discount of 10% on the lowest price in the market. This as a service towards our guests and clients. Therefore, buying is only possible at time of checking in and out.
